Chris
Managing Director
Chris Ryan is the Managing Director of Black Text – Technology Partners, bringing over a decade of experience in the IT industry. With a diverse background spanning cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT consultancy, Chris has worked in various sectors including media, technology, and telecommunications.
Before founding Black Text, Chris held key positions at ViacomCBS International Media Networks (now Paramount), where he led numerous successful IT projects in his capacity of Director Media & Technology Services ANZ and Infrastructure APAC.
Chris holds a CISSP – Certified Information Security Systems Professional certification along with a number of Microsoft, Cisco & ITIL certifications.
His strengths lie in strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a collaborative approach that empowers his team to deliver exceptional results.

Matt
Service Delivery Manager
With over 15 years of experience in IT service delivery, operations, and leadership across APAC, Matt Aseguinolaza brings a proven track record of driving performance, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement. Currently the Service Delivery Manager at Black Text Technology Partners, he leads global client relationships, oversees cloud migrations, and ensures service excellence through tailored strategies and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Black Text, Matt held a range of leadership roles at BBC Studios, including Senior IT Service Manager for APAC. There, he developed and implemented IT strategy across the region, unified support teams, and streamlined IT operations—delivering significant cost savings, increasing service efficiency, and improving stakeholder satisfaction. As part of BBC Studios’ governance landscape, he also contributed to sustainability and workplace transformation initiatives, including the Sydney Office Move Committee.
Originating from Orange in Central West NSW, Matt is a natural collaborator and problem solver, combining deep technical knowledge with a human-centred approach to service. Whether leading complex transitions, coaching teams, or advising senior stakeholders, he brings energy, clarity, and a strong sense of accountability to every engagement.
He holds certifications in Agile Project Management, Microsoft Azure, ITIL, and Information Security Fundamentals, and is passionate about using data-driven insights to deliver outcomes that matter.

Cloud Services Engineer
Min Chan is a dedicated Cloud Services Engineer with a strong background in cloud computing, IT infrastructure and the Microsoft Modern Work platform and MDM technologies such as Intune and JAMF.
Min has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth having worked in the Media and Professional Services industries. Min collaborates closely with his colleagues to ensure seamless integration and support for various cloud-based projects.
Min’s ability to speak multiple languages, expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to Black Text helping our clients’ to leverage the power of modern work cloud technology.

Andy Bowser has had a dynamic career in IT, starting in London where he worked in various roles, including systems analysis and systems administration.
In 2014, Andy moved to Sydney, Australia, where he continued to excel in IT roles, managing corporate and broadcast systems, supporting multiple offices, and leading significant migrations and upgrades.
Andy has demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure and project management, showcasing his ability to handle complex technical environments and lead teams effectively.
