Vulnerability Management
You can’t fix what you can’t see. Continuous scanning across your network, endpoints, and cloud identity gives you a constantly-updated picture of your actual exposure — before it’s exploited, not after.
How it works
A lightweight agent runs continuous, automated scans across your environment, internal and external — covering misconfigurations, missing patches, firewall exposure, newly connected devices, and Entra ID anomalies, all rolled up into a single dashboard.
Endpoints are scanned every 30 minutes; network infrastructure weekly — so the picture you’re acting on is current, not what things looked like at the last quarterly check.
What we get visibility into
- Full asset discovery, including shadow IT and devices you didn’t know were connected
- Missing patches and known vulnerabilities, prioritised by real-world risk, not raw severity score
- Entra ID (Azure AD) security anomalies and your Microsoft Secure Score
- Firewall port exposure and internal/external network misconfigurations
- Compliance-ready reporting for audits and client due diligence
The cycle never stops
Point-in-time scans give you a snapshot of one moment. Ours runs continuously, so the loop below is always turning — not something we do once a quarter and file away.
Why continuous, not periodic
A once-a-quarter scan tells you what your risk looked like on the day it ran. New vulnerabilities are disclosed constantly, and your environment changes just as often. Continuous scanning keeps the picture you’re acting on current, not months old.
Where this sits in Essential Eight: vulnerability management underpins several of the eight strategies (it’s how missing patches and control gaps are actually found), but it isn’t one of the eight named strategies itself. We tag it as supporting your overall Essential Eight uplift rather than claiming a specific maturity level.
