SD-WAN & Managed Network, Powered by Cisco Meraki

Traditional multi-site networking means separate hardware, separate configs and separate problems at every location. SD-WAN through Cisco Meraki replaces that with one cloud-managed network — centrally configured, centrally secured, and visible from a single dashboard.

What SD-WAN actually changes for your business

One dashboard, every site

Configure, monitor and troubleshoot every location’s network from a single cloud dashboard — no driving to a site just to change a firewall rule.

Consistent security policy

The same firewall rules, content filtering and access policy apply at every site automatically — no site quietly running on an outdated config.

Automatic failover

Pair your primary internet connection with a 4G/5G or secondary link. If one drops, traffic shifts across automatically — no outage, no phone call needed.

Zero-touch deployment

New sites ship pre-configured. Plug it in and it joins your network with the right policy already applied — no on-site IT visit required to bring up a new location.

Application-aware routing

Prioritise business-critical traffic (voice, video, your line-of-business apps) over general browsing, automatically, without manual QoS tuning per site.

Real-time visibility

See exactly what’s happening on every site’s network as it happens — connected clients, bandwidth use, and alerts the moment something looks wrong.

Meraki Dashboard (cloud — control plane only) orchestrates Auto VPN + pushes policy to every site Hub Head Office Auto VPN tunnel (encrypted, over the internet) Spoke — Site A dual-uplink failover Spoke — Site B local internet breakout Spoke — Site C same setup available Primary (NBN / Fibre) Backup (4G / 5G) auto-switches if primary drops Direct to Internet trusted SaaS (Microsoft 365 etc.) skips the tunnel back to Hub
Meraki’s cloud dashboard only orchestrates policy and VPN registration — it never sits in the traffic path. Every spoke gets the same Auto VPN mesh back to the hub; Site A shows the automatic failover to a 4G/5G backup, and Site B shows trusted SaaS traffic breaking out locally instead of tunnelling back to the hub first.

Why this matters

Growing past one site usually means growing IT complexity at the same rate — more firewalls to patch, more configs to keep in sync, more places for a mistake to create a security gap. SD-WAN collapses that back down to one network with one policy, so adding a new site is a configuration change, not a project.
